Welcome to Silverette. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to For Mummy Pty Ltd (ABN 57 647 214 775), trading as Silverette.

We operate the websites silveretteaustralia.com and silveretteapac.com (together, the “Sites”), which offer breastfeeding and mother-focused products, including Silverette® nursing cups.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with access to our products, services, content, features, and tools (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), govern your access to and use of the Services.

By visiting our Sites, browsing, interacting with content, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS, ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.

Once an order has been accepted, cancellations may not be possible.

Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Refund Policy.

You confirm that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges unless expressly stated.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Silverette is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and Silverette. Shopify is not responsible for products, services, or transactions made through our Sites.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from purchases made through the Services.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Because our Sites are hosted on Shopify, your data may be processed by Shopify and its service providers in other countries.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that content for business and marketing purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
